What is the battery capacity and battery life?

All the locks with twistable handles work with 4xAA Alkaline Batteries (Duracell Ultra) with battery life of 7-8 months
Smart Locks with integrated handles works on 4200 mAh Li-Ion rechargeable battery which can be charged with any mobile charger has the battery backup of 2-3 months (With practical working conditions, standby time can be upto 6-8 months)
Smart locks with video intercom and Dual li-ion battery works with 4200 + 2250 mAh li-ion rechargeable batteries which can be charged with any mobile charger has the battery backup of 2-3 months (With practical working conditions, standby time can be upto 6-8 months)

What to do when battery is Low or Dead?

You will be notified by voice prompt by the lock and get alert when battery lever drops below 15%, if you forget to charge/change batteries, you can use mechanical key or jump start the door lock by plugging in Micro USB located at bottom of lock using USB cable to power bank or Laptop. (Carry mechanical key with you if the battery is removed from lock for charging)

Is the lock suitable for any door direction opening?

Yes, these locks are universal and can be installed on door with any opening direction. Handle and mortise will be adjusted at the time of installation.

Can smart locks Hacked? Is the smart lock technology safe?

Denler smart locks are safe against Wi-Fi hacking. All the user biometric data is saved locally inside the lock not in the mobile app. You can also use smart locks Offline without connecting to Wi-Fi network.

What is the delivery timeline once the order is placed?

Average timeline for lock delivery is 3-6 working days once the order is placed. 1-day delivery is available in Mumbai & Pune city.
