How much is gap required in case of safety & main door case

If two doors are present and 1 lock to be intalled on main inner door gap required is 70 mm and if lock to be installation on both doors gaprquired is 155 mm

Can installation on steel door?

If steel door is from brands like Shell doors etc then our 5 bolts locks can be installed on your existing mosrtise so upper and lower bolts will work.

Our locks can't be installed on customised steel gates or doors.

How much is the warranty on locks?

Denler provide 3 yeras onsite warranty on smart lock excluding physical damages.

Battery has 6 months warranty

How much is the battery backup

Rechargeable battery models can work from 1 to 2 months in one charge, depends on usage.

Other AA battery models can run from 4 to 6 months depends on usage.

Battery life is from 1 to 3 years and new batteries can be bought from our www.denler.in

Will company person do the drilling work on door?

Yes, carpentry work is done by our technician. Patchup & finishing after installation if requried that you have to get done from professional carpenter.
